PRODUCT MANAGER OF HEMOSTASIS

Helena Laboratories is looking for a Product Manager of Hemostasis based in Beaumont, TX. This position will direct our growing specialty hemostasis market including the new AggRAM platelet agregation system. The position requires extensive hemostasis experience either in the clinical or research laboratory. The product manager is responsible for new product development as well as sales and marketing. The candidate should have a working knowledge of FDA, CAP, and CLIA regulations. Minimum requirements include an MT (ASCP), 5 years of clinical laboratory experience, 2 years of supervisory experience and the ability to travel (up to 50%), excellent communication skills (phone and written) and computer proficiency. Sales and marketing experience a plus.

Electronic Customer Service has an opening for a technician to handle in-coming calls from our customers. Duties include handling concerns related to our instruments, assessing the nature of the concerns and resolving it over the phone or by involving a Field Service Rep to assist. Also the ability to write software and skills in web base design. Position requires an Associates Degree in Electronics and/or a B.S. in Computer Science. Must have excellent communication skills.
