ICHOR® Hematology Analyzer
The ICHOR hematology instrument is a self-contained, compact, easy-to-use, automated impedance cell counter. When used with Plateletworks reagents, the ICHOR system provides a hematology profile of a standard CBC with platelet count plus platelet aggregation or inhibition within five minutes. The test is simple. A fresh whole blood sample is added to both an EDTA baseline and a Collagen, ADP or Arachidonic Acid agonist tube. All tubes are run on the Ichor hematology analyzer. CBC, including platelet count, is available within minutes. Platelet aggregation is then calculated from results.
• CBC & Platelet Aggregation at Point of Care - provides immediate platelet count and aggregation, WBC, RBC, hemoglobin and hematocrit, RBC indices (MCV, MCH, MCHC), RBC, MPV and platelet histograms
