Free Protein S can be assayed on the same plate as total Protein S by treating the sample with Free Protein S Reagent (Cat. No. 5363).

Quantitation of vWF:Ag by Laurell rocket electro-immunodiffusion combines the specificity of immunochemistry with the speed of electrophoresis. The kit contains 5 plates with antiserum to human von Willebrand antigen incorporated into agarose.

The stain is for use with Helena Rocket Plates (vWF:Ag, Protein C and Protein S). The stain is Coomassie Brilliant Blue, a very sensitive stain, making rocket measurement and quantitation simple and precise. Powder is dissolved in methanol, deionized water and glacial acetic acid to make 1 liter of stain solution.
